Anggun Permatasari provides travel planning, private trip handling and hospitality consulting. Every engagement is agreed individually in writing before work begins — there are no fixed packages.
Villas, hotels, restaurants, drivers, boat operators and experience providers are independent businesses. Arrangements are coordinated on your behalf and remain subject to each provider's own terms, availability and cancellation policy.
Fees, scope and payment terms are set out in the proposal for your journey or project and confirmed before anything is booked or scheduled.
Plans change; that is expected. Changes are accommodated wherever possible, subject to the terms of the providers already confirmed. Any non-recoverable costs are passed on at cost, never marked up.
Clients are responsible for their own travel insurance, valid travel documents and any visa requirements for their destination.
