The person behind it
I plan private journeys across Indonesia, and I help hospitality teams get better at the part guests actually remember.
I grew up on Lombok and I've spent my working life in hospitality on both islands: on the floor, at the desk, beside the guest. These days I'm based in Pererenan, on Bali's west coast, and back on Lombok often enough that it still counts as home.
It's the driver who was already waiting. The table by the window nobody had to ask for. The afternoon that got rearranged around the rain without anyone making it a problem. That's the part I handle.

Why work with me
Not an account manager, not a shared inbox. The person who plans your trip is the person who answers when the boat time changes at ten at night.
Which side of the villa gets the morning light. Whether the driver speaks English. Whether that table is actually held, or just written down.
I know how service feels when it's done properly, and I know exactly where it breaks, because I've been the one it broke on.
Lombok and Bali aren't a territory I cover. It's where I live, and the people I put you with are people I know by name.
Villa, driver, boat, restaurant, the thing that went wrong at midnight. All of it comes through me. You never chase a supplier.
Names, plans and itineraries stay between us. I don't post your trip, and I don't use you as a reference without asking.
Destinations
I plan private journeys across Indonesia. Bali and Lombok are where I live and where my own network is, so they're the two I can promise the most about.
